BPK Dharma Wanita Gives Educational Assistance Ahead of Academic Year 2020-2021

JAKARTA, BPK Public Relations – As many as 360 students from the families of BPK’s employees receive educational assistance from the Association of Wives of Civil Servants (Dharma Wanita) of BPK Secretariat General. The educational assistance is given to the students belonged to the families of BPK’s employees in group I, group II, and the Contract Based Government Employees (PPPK).

Using video conference, the educational assistance is symbolically handed by BPK Chairman, Agung Firman Sampurna, to the representatives on Thursday (18/6) at 10.00 AM. Along with the Chairman is Head of BPK’s Civil Servants Corps (KORPRI BPK), Dori Santosa, who is also Director General of Audit VI, members of the Association of Wives of BPK Board Members (Ikistra BPK), and committees of Dharma Wanita of BPK Secretariat General.

BPK Chairman said that regardless the amount, the educational assistance would be helpful for the students in ensuring sustainability of the education.

"Education is a vital and important part in all countries that needs our supports to ensure its sustainability," BPK Chairman said.

In his view, the educational assistance is a realization of efforts to build harmony in BPK that is supported by all BPK including board members, high level officials, members of Ikistra, employees and KORPRI BPK as well.

The educational assistance is a grant collection from high level officials both of structural position and of functional position in BPK Head Office, BPK Training Institute on State Finance Audit (Badiklat PKN), Ikistra BPK, Dharma Wanita of BPK Secretariat General, and KORPRI BPK (unit of Moslem Charitable Donations Board (Bazis) and unit of alms). This year, the collected amount reaches Rp293.320.566,-
