Digital Transformation in BPK, Training Institute of State Financial Audit and Other Working Units Should be Aligned
JAKARTA, BPK Public Relations – To complete the process of digital transformation in the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), Learning Institute of State Financial Audit (Badiklat PKN) needs to organize business process and align it with Digital Enterprise Architecture (DNA) of BPK. Vice Chairman of BPK, Agus Joko Pramono, said that changes occur in Badiklat which are in line with DNA of BPK will enable massive and joint transformation and development.
“Don’t let Badiklat PKN make any efforts to develop alone, but not be in line with the development of business process in other working units of BPK,” said Vice Chairman at the Coordination Meeting of Badiklat PKN held in Jakarta on Friday (18/11).
He further added that in the technical level, education and training technology system should also be built in an integrative manner. It aims to have education and training applications that are interconnected with other applications in BPK, which in turn will make it easier for users and data management.
Vice Chairman also encouraged Badiklat PKN to conduct theoretical analyses on how to run education and training institution. It is necessary for Badiklat PKN is the completeness of the organization to support the attainment of organizational goals.
“This also shows that each policy and strategy of education and training are based on best practices that are relevant with current situation,” he said to all employees of Badiklat PKN attended in the Auditorium.
The direction is a main agenda of the Coordination Meeting of Badiklat PKN which held in two days on Friday to Saturday (18-19 November 2022). The meeting, participated by 232 employees, brought a theme “BPK CorpU for more advanced learning”.
Meanwhile, Director General of Badiklat PKN, Suwarni Dyah Setyaningsih, said that the meeting is a moment to synergize and collaborate with various parties, including Directorate of Research Development, Human Resources Bureau, and Information Technology Bureu in attaining BPK CorpU, as well as to refine business process of Badiklat PKN by improving the existing institutional supports.
The meeting was then continued by knowledge sharing on Digital Learning Transformation by presenting Vice Rector IV of Universitas Terbuka, Rahmat Budiman.
