Inaugurating High-Level Officials, Chair of BPK: Be the Role Model in Implementing BPK's Core Values

JAKARTA, BPK Public Relations - The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) inaugurated and rotated High-Level Officials (equivalent to Echelon I) who occupy eight positions in BPK. Chair of BPK Isma Yatun advised that these High-Level Officials should serve as role models for all staff of BPK in the implementation of BPK’s core values.

"In order to address BPK strategic activities, we require to strengthen areas including the implementation of the core values of Integrity, Independence, and Professionalism," said Isma Yatun.

"I emphasize that you, as High-Level Officials, must become the role models in implementing core values," she added after the inauguration ceremony at BPK Head Office in Jakarta on Thursday (06/06).

According to Isma Yatun, the inauguration of the eight High-Level Officials is part of a revitalization effort that involves a tour of duty for BPK staff. It is carried out to respond to the challenges that an agile and adaptable state institution encounters.

In this occasion, Isma Yatun also reminded that high-quality and beneficial audit results will make a significant contribution to maintaining the trust of stakeholders.

"Therefore, I hope you can ensure that all audit processes are conducted with strong quality control and quality assurance," she emphasized.

This inauguration of High-Level Officials was carried out based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46/TPA and 71/TPA of 2024 on the Dismissal and Appointment From and Within High-Level Officials of BPK.

Vice Chair of BPK, Board Members of BPK, and High-Level Officials of BPK attended the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony of High-Level Officials.

The following are the eight High-Level Officials who were inaugurated:

  1. Suwarni Dyah Setyaningsih as Inspector General;
  2. Novy Gregory Antonius Pelenkahu as Director General of Planning, Evaluation, and State Financial Audit Policy Analysis;
  3. Edward Ganda Hasiholan Simanjuntak as Director General of Audit III;
  4. Bernardus Dwita Pradana as Director General of Audit VII;
  5. I Nyoman Wara as Director General of Investigative Audit;
  6. Raden Yudi Ramdan Budiman as Director General of Training Institute of State Financial Audit.
  7. Ahmad Adib Susilo as Senior Advisor in Environment and Sustainable Development; and
  8. Hery Subowo Senior Advisor in Risk Management.
