JAKARTA, BPK Public Relations - In order to externalize BPK audit experience in international communities, BPK was trusted to be the ASEANSAI Project Leader of Knowledge Sharing on Auditing Fisheries, which would be held in 2021. It is a forum of sharing audit experience and lesson learned of ASEANSAI members in auditing fisheries.

KSC biennial meeting was ASEASAI Knowledge Sharing Committee Meeting aimed at discussing KSC activities and having coordination in order to synergy the KSC activities. The meeting was led by YBhg. Datuk Nik Azman Nik Abdul Majid, General Auditor of Malaysia as Chairman of ASEANSAI KSC and attended by 59 participants coming from 9 SAIs of KSC members.

The meeting was agreed on some points namely revision of TOR of KSC, TOR of KSC Activities Year 2021, determination of project leader for KSC activities Year 2022 and 2023, as well as determination of KSC focal person from each SAI. In addition to that, it was also proposed the possibility to use ASEANSAI funds to support one of KSC activities in the future.

Results of the KSC Meeting would be discussed in Senior Officials Meeting in June 2021 and then asked for approval in the 6^th ASEANSAI Summit in November 2021 in Myanmar.

The meeting was attended by Acting Director General of Audit IV, Syamsuddin accompanied by Director of Audit IV.C, Indria Syzinia, Deputy Director of Audit Unit IV.C.2, Amri Lewa and Feisal, as well as ASEANSAI Secretariat Team, led by BPK Secretary General, Bahtiar Arif.
