The two reports submitted are Performance Audit Report on the Effectiveness of Labor Supervision in Labor-Intensive Industries for fiscal year 2022 to the First Semester of 2024 (Performance Audit), and Compliance Audit Report on the Management of Goods Expenditures for Vocational Training Center for fiscal year 2023 to the First Semester of 2024 (Compliance Audit).

Prior to the submission of the audit reports, BPK requested the Ministry of Manpower’s responses to concepts of audit findings and recommendations, including the proposed action plans to be undertaken by the Ministry of Manpower.
"This was intended to ensure the commitment of related high-officials of the Ministry of Manpower to implement BPK’s audit recommendations follow ups in timely manner and comply with laws and regulations," explained Board Member III of BPK.
BPK hoped that the Minister of Manpower and their staff would immediately follow up on the recommendations in the audit reports. "BPK also strongly encourages Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Manpower to play an active role in coordinating the implementation of these follow-ups in accordance with its authority," added Akhsanul Khaq.
BPK audit reports are expected to drive improvements in performance, financial management, and accountability in the Ministry of Manpower.
