Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation, Board Member I of BPK Welcomes Ambassador of Tanzania to Indonesia
Jakarta, BPK Public Relations - Board Member I of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) I Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana welcomed Ambassador of Tanzania to Indonesia H.E. Macocha Moshe Tembele at BPK Head Office on Monday (1/4). This meeting is intended to strengthen bilateral cooperation between BPK and National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT).
Board Member I of BPK expressed his appreciation to Tanzania for the support provided during the re-election of BPK as the external auditor of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the period of 2024-2027 in December 2023. In the spirit of strengthening bilateral relations between BPK and NAOT, BPK will conduct a capacity development program for NAOT, which include international trainings on the themes of Big Data Analytics and Blue Economy. The two trainings will be held in Training Institute Operating Unit in Bali.
“The training on the theme of Big Data Analytics will be held on 22 to 26 July 2024, while training with the theme Blue Economy will be held on 28 October to 1 November 2024,” Board Member I of BPK explained during the meeting, which was also attended by Director General for Multilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tri Tharyat Tri Tharyat, Advisor of the Inter-Institutional Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Muhsin Syihab, Director General of Sea Transportation of Ministry of Transportation Capt. Antoni Arif Priadi, Secretary of the Directorate General of Multilateral Cooperation Yohpy Ichsan Wardana and Secretary of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation Lollan Panjaitan.
Board Member I of BPK stated that in addition to trainings, BPK also plans to develop its bilateral cooperation with NAOT. "I hope that this bilateral visit will further strengthen relations and foster mutual understanding between the two organizations," said Board Member I of BPK.
Secretary General Bahtiar Arif, Director General of Audit I Akhsanul Khaq, Director of Global Partnership Center Ikhtaria Syaziah, Director of Public Relations and International Cooperation R. Yudi Ramdan Budiman, and Deputy Director of Audit I.C Ida Irawati also attended the meeting.
