BPK Receives Special Award and Recognition from ADB
JAKARTA, BPK Public Relations –The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) is honored with the Special Recognition Award for Collaboration in Improving Audit and Financial Management Performance of ADB-financed Projects in 2023.
The award was given based on a decision made by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) management and was formally delivered during the Wrap-Up Meeting of the ADB Country Portfolio Review Mission 2024 in Jakarta, on Thursday (28/04).
BPK is honored with this accolade in recognition of the progressively strong collaboration between ADB and Global Partnership Centre of BPK, which has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of financial management and audit reports throughout the entire audit processes, including planning, implementation and reporting accuracy.
Several assessment criteria were taken into account, including the accuracy and timeliness with which the Audit Reports of the Financial Statements of Foreign Loans and Grants ( were submitted to ADB, the comprehensiveness of audit result information presented in the LHP, and the clarity of information in the English version of the Audit Reports provided to ADB.
This award is inextricably linked to the effective coordination and cooperation demonstrated by the working units responsible for auditing the financial statements of ADB-funded projects.
With the appointment of BPK to receive the award from ADB, BPK will continue to strengthen cooperation and collaboration with ADB in the planning, implementation, and reporting of audit of financial statements of foreign loans and grants, with the involvement of relevant working units.
